Fresh Spicy Mushroom Curry
Here is a dish that my wife made for me:
They dish was very delicious and had a nice spice kick.
It was really easy to make and quite cheap too 🙂 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
All you need is some fresh mushrooms, 5-6 medium sized chili peppers, spicy or non-spicy curry and some rice.
Fry the mushrooms, chilis, and curry together in a pan until desired texture and color is achieved and put the mixture on a plate.
Add rice as needed and enjoy 🙂
Have a great day everyone

Korean food in Canada
Moving back to Canada has been an experience and has one set back the lack of available Korean food at my local market, lol. However within an hour drive I can get many Korean foods and within a two hour drive I can get almost every food from Korea. The kicker is though to get fresh Korean food I have to go to Vancouver or Toronto. But generally Korean snacks and ramen are easy to find in Canada.

Korean spicy ramen and tteokbokki
Koreans love spicy food tteokbokki consists of cylindrical rice cakes steamed and drenched in hot Korean spicy sauce. Fish cakes, eggs, cheese, and vegetables can be added to the mixture too. It is often eaten as a snack in both the winter and summer. Tteokbokki can be added to ramen to make tteokbokki meon.
Tteokbokki ranges from super spicy to even sweet. It is a very good Korean food and should be tried if you are ever in South Korea.
